Blinds

Venetian blinds measured, made and installed across Sydney. Grouped below by material — timber and aluminium behave differently, so it's worth knowing which one suits the room.

Timber Venetians

Timber gives you a level of control fabric can't. Tilt the slats and you keep the light but lose the glare; close them up and the room goes private. The grain and the warmth sit well in rooms that already have timber floors. These are 50mm basswood slats on a cord ladder, in a natural tan.

Aluminium Venetians

Aluminium is the sensible choice for the wet rooms — kitchens, laundries, bathrooms. It doesn't mind steam or the odd splash, and the slimmer slat works better on smaller windows and awkward corners. This one's a mid grey.
